SHIPPING PRICES
The cost for shipping your footpegs will be calculated and shown to you when you check out on our online shop.
You may be required to pay local sales taxes and import duties when your goods arrive.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders direct with Raptor Titanium are based on stock levels and so shipping lead time may vary, please contact us for an accurate date of delivery, however we will strive to dispatch all orders within three working days from the order date.
Products are subject to a maximum two week no-fee return time-frame after which we cannot refund products that are not faulty. The customer is responsible for shipping parts to be returned that are not faulty.
REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Products are subject to a warranty of two years and we require a valid invoice dated within two years of purchase or a dated photo of the products which have been verified by a representative of Raptor Titanium Ltd to replace faulty goods.
The Raptor Titanium replacement warranty covers cracks, breaks and bends in the footpeg.
FITMENT AND APPLICATION
Raptor Titanium cannot be held responsible for parts that do not fit correctly due to the incorrect model being purchased after the two-week returns period; it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any fitment issues within this time–frame and return them if required. Raptor Titanium will always give advice and support to customers who require information.
